her fifteenth year as a licensed massage therapist! She loves helping people
feel better--physically and mentally. In today's "busy, multi-tasking, digital,

where you can stop, breathe, unwind, and find your center again. Stop
the world for an hour or so--come see Tracey and relax! Swedish massage promotes general relaxation,
improves circulation and range of motion, and relieves muscle tension. Trager bodywork relaxes the body with gentle rocking,
stretching, and free-flowing movement. It helps you feel lighter, looser, and

Chakra Balancing with Lewis Vest

Lewis Vest is an ordained minister and life coach. He is certified in SomaEnergetic Healing (tuning forks), Reconnective Healing, Matrix Energetics and various other modalities. In a typical session you are likely to feel an instant reduction of stress. Upon the first strike of the tuning forks, your body and mind instantly aligns in perfect harmony much like the tuning of a piano. The vibrational resonance of the tuning forks can increase blood flow, enhance the immune system’s response, alter the body’s chemistry and bring the nervous system into harmonic balance. Reiki is a gentle, holistic, energy healing process that works on all levels: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. With Reiki I you will learn the history of Reiki, how it works and the effects, and how to give Reiki to yourself and others. We will also include working with your chakra's. You will receive your first attunement, and learn what to expect after all of this! Reconnect, rediscover, and reopen the healer within.
Workshop Fee: $150 includes handouts and certificate, you must attend both nights.
New Moon Hoop with Rev. Xina Raley

The New Moon Hoop is a magical evening of prayer and song to lift up our healing
energies and honor the feminine cycles of life. This Women's group meets each
month at the time of the New Moon, a powerful time to make your prayers and
wishes. The ceremony is conducted in Native American style; however all faiths
and spirituality are welcome and no particular beliefs are required. Please
bring your drum, rattle, and a little food to share afterwards. We have drums
& rattles if you need to borrow ours.
